BTC-e FBI Seizure

Does anyone have any information on this from the FBI side of things?

Is there some kind of a press release / statement from the FBI?

How am I at fault as a user?

How can they just steal my securities like that? Without giving any notice after the fact? And I have to find out myself from the internet?

Ok, cool, you arrested the servers because money got stolen from mt. gox (allegedly), but hey, you've just stolen my money!
