when do alt coins hit exchanges

Does anyone know a good resource that shows which altcoins will be placed on exchanges and when - like a coinschedule or ICO alert style resource with dates and times but for when the coins will be listed?

coinmarketcap has their new coin lost but it doesn't give exact times or any lead-up. thanks, people who know more than me
