time (and price) difference between exchanges

If there's such a time difference between exchanges in terms of prices, can I 'predict' the market from one exchange to another ?

I've watching the live prices on cryptowat.ch which takes it from Kraken.. I use GDAX (for now) for trading..

And the two doesn't correspond at all.. both 5min candle sticks.

Also, what's the reason behind the difference ?
