Plexcoin- the next big ICO?

I can't seem to find anything on [plexcoin](www.plexcoin.com). They seem to be overpromising with 1000%+ returns, luxury perks to early investors, a Visa card and they claim they'll be listed with coinbase and other reputable exchanges. I'm intrigued but very skeptical, what does everyone think?
