DubaiCoin experience?

Because of the recent growth of DubaiCoin (DBIX), I checked on the project and really dig their concept. Also because I think that the middle east will need technology like blockchain to rebuild. Does anyone have experience with DubaiCoin and the only exchange which sells it (Livecoin)? I would be very grateful for advice - also because I think there is a scam called DubaiCoin (DBIC)
