Best way to manage and store six figures of crypto?

I have a few friends that are very technically challenged but want me to handle $100k+ of bitcoin/ether/etc. Curious to see what people would advise is the best way to store and manage crypto in that scale. Would you recommend a paper wallet, usb wallet, etc stored in a safety deposit box in a bank?
