Question about MyEtherWallet

So I'm new to the crypto world but I was planning on investing in some tokens so I bought some ICN. I deposited it into MyEtherWallet and when I tired to withdraw, it says that I need at least .01ETH in my account? I was planning on using this wallet just for tokens but I'm guessing now this means that I need to deposit ETH into it as well inorder to cover the fees for when I move tokens out? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
