Poloniex to Bittrex

Hello Everyone,

I want to move everything i have in Poloniex to Bittrex, but everytime i make a withdrawal in Poloniex it gets stuck at "Awaiting Approval". I know that if i try to send everything to Bittrex is going to get stuck again for weeks. What should i do?
