I found some guys who coordinate pumping and dumping of cryptos. How big of an influence do they have on prices?

I somehow got a random email from these guys. Pointed me to https://cryptopump.com/ Not sure if it's even legit but got me thinking about the extent to which some prices might be manipulated. Any thoughts?
