How long does Bitstamp verification take?

Says on the website they're taking more than the usual 24hr due to increased demand but its been 3 days since i submitted my details. I mailed them two weeks back on a totally non related matter and they haven't mailed back, so i don't think mailing them is a good idea. What should/can i do?
