Could you lose any money if you invest in an altcoin priced at 1 satoshi ?

Correct me if I'm wrong please, very inexperienced, but if the price couldn't go any lower then I could buy at 1 satoshi and dump at 2 satoshi thereby doubling my money. It sounds too easy to be viable which is why I wanted to ask :P
