Arbitrage opportunity in ANC for Chinese Reader

The price on BTC38 (Chinese language only) is three times the price on Novaexchange and the market depth is about 3 BTC on Novaexchange. I'd arbitrage it myself, but I don't speak chinese and can't make heads or tails of the BTC38 website. Should be about $5k profit?
