Anyone have thoughts on Vertcoin (VTC)?

I see a lot of positives going for vertcoin, but not much talk about it. It's ASIC resistant, segwit activated, LN active on testnet, and has been around for a few years. Anyone have positive/negatives to say about the outlook for this crypto?
